We will create basic designs for social media, brochures and powerpoint and explore brand kits, and tools to assist in basic design editing.
MODULE 5:
Websites - Create, Build & Analyse
Focusing on Squarespace and Kajabi you will learn how to set up basic web pages, connect a domain, report analytics and implement vital SEO.
MODULE 6:
Emails & Automations
Focusing on Mailchimp and Kajabi, we will explore creating aesthetically pleasing email templates, basic automations, and sign-up forms to capture that all important data.
MODULE 7: Social Media
Learn how to create engaging captions, schedule social media, engage with an audience and analyse the growth. Plus tap into the tools which will make the process as simple and effective as possible.
MODULE 8: Podcasts & PR
Understand how to create podcast notes, publish and promote Podcasts, and repurpose content to social media channels. Plus learn how to create a PR toolkit and basic Press Release.
MODULE 9: Scheduling & Calendar Management
Using Calendly and Acuity, we will explore how to streamline client's schedules. We’ll also explore Google calendars and Zoom meetings.
MODULE 10:
AI and Chat GPT
We're moving into the fast-paced world of AI technology and will showcase the essential tools to know and utilise - enabling you to adapt to the tools and utilise them for efficiency with clients' work.
MODULE 11: Launching your own VA business
In this exciting session, we explore everything from how to create your brand name and business profile to standing out on social media, and importantly - setting your rates and advice for getting clients.
MODULE 12: Mind, Body & Soul
We’ll explore the power of a healthy mind, body and soul and tools that will help you maintain a balanced freelance lifestyle. Plus, uncover the blocks that are holding you back so that you can LAUNCH to success!

Certified Online Business Manager® and founder of The ROCKET VA™ Academy, Debbie is on a mission to empower and support people to find freedom, fun and flexibility through training as Virtual Assistants.
From corporate control to digital nomad, Debbie Rocket has completely transformed her personal and professional life in the last 5 years.
In September 2018, Debbie made a decision that would change the trajectory of her life - after 5 years working in the Marketing team at two of the world’s most presitigious Private Members’ Clubs and living in London, she quit it all. A career that looked great on the outside, a steady income, home and lifestyle.
Debbie embarked on a journey of personal development, self love and tapped into her faith to set up as a freelancer after returning to her roots in the North East of England.
Using her knowledge of marketing from her Marketing & Management degree and 10 years of professional experience, Debbie became a Marketing Freelancer and Virtual Assistant. In the past 5 years, she has worked with over 20 clients - from incredible Hay House Authors and coaches to international wellness retreats and wellness brands. And, around Covid, Debbie managed to work remotely in Australia, Bali and Europe, and has now set up home permanently in Barcelona.
Having learnt so much about systems, strategies, tools and the mindset necessary to become a successful Marketing Virtual Assistant, Debbie now helps men and women access a toolkit that can set themselves free too - via The ROCKET VA™ Academy.
